I want to be able to send the message directly on api call without going to the analytic list. That way i can get the message and and know if it was sent or not via code and in the list i can't. Also why is there a live chat option if you never answer there? If you don't support that option and don't have the ability to reply in delay you shouldn't have it. I bought Tier 3 but it shows as standard tier on AppSumo and does not show an option to send audio and video in the app as per AppSumo description? Need clarity because after the campaign I don't want to be downgraded to Standard Tier and lose promised features like dedicated server, audio/video message support and other things mentioned in the deal. Also since this deal is not covered under AppSumo guarantee, can you please share the revenue outlook and sustainability of this app? Thank you.
