Q: Mapping of tiers
I bought Tier 3 but it shows as standard tier on AppSumo and does not show an option to send audio and video in the app as per AppSumo description? Need clarity because after the campaign I don't want to be downgraded to Standard Tier and lose promised features like dedicated server, audio/video message support and other things mentioned in the deal.
Also since this deal is not covered under AppSumo guarantee, can you please share the revenue outlook and sustainability of this app?
