I submitted numerous emails and requests through your website regarding resetting my password and I have not even received an acknowledgement of my requests. I rate the platform itself rather high, but I am disappointed that I haven't received any support. I am requesting support here, hoping I will get a response.
When I select "Password Reset" from the site, I receive an email with a link to Reset My Password and instructions to set a new password when I am logged in.
When I click the link, I received a "Oops! Reset code may be incorrect or no longer valid" message. I have tried multiple times. Prior to this error, it would simply take me back the logon page and the cycle would repeat.

We tried to contact you numerous times to the email address you have listed above and one more you used to contact us - in both cases, there's a mail daemon error, like your mailbox was not configured correctly on your end. Can you contact us using alternative mailbox, like Gmail?

Ive also had serious concerns about this vendor. I tried to post the fact that this vendor does not respond to emails and appsumo would not allow the post. I want a refund and they wont give me one. buy at your own risk

I'd like to use an existing domain(s) to create websites on your platform. I don't need to copy any content, but create new content. I have purchased the LTD's. Can someone provide instructions for this?
Yes, create a website in our default, technical domain (the subdomain) and once you're ready, you can activate it with LTD code you have purchased. Once the website is activated, you can add your domain - there are 2 possible ways to do it, with nameservers update or with A/CNAME change in your DNS editor. In case of any troubles, feel free to submit a support ticket in the dashboard, we'll help.
Q: Is there an option to add ADA and WCAG accessibility elements?
For example, I don't see a place where I can add text alternatives to images which is a basic yet essential element of website accessibility. Are accessibility options available now or upcoming in the future? Which elements?
Yes, when you're logged in and editing your website, click any image to open image settings. To improve UX, not all options are visible right away, click "more options" button there and additional settings will appear, like image's "alt" or "title" attributes.

Hi, I am using Website.im a year now and in the beginning I always got help if needed. Unfortunately now I have no idea how to get in touch to fix a major problem related to my shop. I tried it with a ticket 4 days ago and got no answer. Please let me know what I can do.
Thanks for your reply but I am still waiting for an answer. Lots of my products in my shop are showing wrong thumbnail images. This means no customer will find the right products and you are not reacting for 4 days.
Thanks, I just double-checked and your ticket was updated, we asked for URL to see the issue and you never replied it. There's one more duplicated ticket with the same issue, maybe you mean the duplicate. I'm removing it from the system now to avoid any additional misunderstandings.
