Decent interface but lacks a lot of practical features. For example, it is a nightmare trying to load a background image with a logo on it. You cannot upload each separately and adjust the placement. It has to be one file, which seems fine until you try to do it. Despite using hi-res files, my header is severely pixelated. I have been dealing with this single issue for over a month, and all anyone has said is, "Try a different file type." I have. JPG. PNG. I have also tried dozens of widths and heights to no avail trying to find the "sweet spot" size that would work. Nada! No one at the company is helping. It shouldn't be this difficult to do something so simple.

They say they respond in 24 hours. I have sent multiple emails over the last two months. They average 1-2 weeks but mostly not at all. This is unacceptable!

Great deal, but they have horrible customer service, and it remains to be seen whether the website can function the way I need it to since I can't do basic things like upload a header without it being pixelated!
