I am already impressed by WeCP in its current version. It is extremely easy to create all kinds of tests and make them available online. The ability to create tests on a wide range of topics using AI is particularly impressive. Based on my use so far, I give it 5 tacos.

At the same time, I very much hope for the further development of the product. As far as this is concerned, I would have the following wishes:

It would be nice to have the ability to upload your own documents (e.g. PDF's) and then create test questions based on them using AI.

I would also like to see multidimensional tests (or the option to create them). For example, there could be a test with 30 questions, with 10 questions each belonging to a specific category. As a result, you can then see how well a candidate performs in each of these categories.

It would also be good if you could create questions with rating scales and also evaluate them category by category. In this way, WeCP could also be used to create something like psychometric tests.

Another important point is data protection. Naturally, the assessments on WeCP collect a lot of data in connection with personal details (name, e-mail address, etc.). This is problematic in Europe. One idea would be to simply send candidates a participation code with which they can log into WeCP and take tests without providing any personal details. This would separate the test data from the personal data. This would also increase the scope of WeCP: You could make the tests available to students who are not applicants, for example.
