Thank you for appreciating us. We didn't get so many great reviews so far but we're working on to improve, so that people like us. Either users are super happy or super frustrated.

Here is where what got us poor reviews:
1) our appsumo integration had some glitch which caused problem to few users, but now that's all sorted.
2) we didn't add a lot of K12 questions to our bank but we're on it and soon we'll be fully ready for educational teams.
3) some users contacted us for support on support@wecreateproblems.com but that was never our support email. Our support email is customer@wecreateproblems.com. Most likely a human error in publishing this email Id on appsumo.

Overall we're loving that users who saw our depth and breadth liked us and we're able to give them some value.
