I got WhisperTranscribe the first time around. Since then the product has seen consistent updates and the performance has been stable.

When I reached out to support with minor suggestions, the fixes/updates were implemented quickly.

They've also incorporated an audiogram/short video creation tool, which has been surprisingly useful. You can have the AI automatically suggest clips or you can create your own. The customization can be improved, but it's a killer feature overall.

I'm also happy the tool is a native app, which means the performance is stellar and I don't have to worry about browser issues.
