Q: Incident reports form submission
Hi, I am looking for a solution for a client that allows their staff to fill out incident reports for their day-to-day activities on the job. Individual staff members should be able to log in, complete the form, and submit and print it for archiving and white label. Can your app accommodate a total of 50 staff members and still be scalable?

The solution allows you to put forms online, and there is no limit to the number of people who can answer them.
Once the user is connected to the platform and the form is completed, it can be downloaded and printed from the computer of the person who completed it.
However, anyone who has the link can complete the form.

As an admin, you have access to all completed forms on the platform. You can also archive them if required.
Regarding workspaces, can you give us more details on what you're looking for?
At present, it's possible to create customized (pre-filtered) views to facilitate the processing of submitted files (forms completed on your platform).
