Q: Force refresh not working...

tried multiple times to get a full report and tried the force refresh as its mentioned several times on here and it hasn't been successful. Also, the latest data for the influencer is from May 2024 even though I asked for a refresh?

A: Try to logout and login. It is working fine for everyone - we have over 1000 customers actively using the platform. Kindly mail your issue at support@wobb.ai with proper screenshot or screen video. I've still created a ticket for this and we will double check the refresh issue.
