Q: Additional Users for Team Plan.
Thank you for providing us this promising application.
1) I'm currently trying out Tier 1, and the workflow looks promising. I'm planning to upgrade to Tier 3 so I can work with my team. But 5 seats is not enough for us. Is it possible for us to have add on for additional seats (with some additional fee of course)? I don't need an additional workspace or searches, but additional seats/team members are important for me.
2) Hopefully the 'add our own pdf files' feature will be delivered soon as it is crucial in any research process.
