Q: Can we store knowledge here as well as notes for all team members to read?
You said, that there were no token limits on chat use at the moment, and that you don't store the history. Do you mean between team members or our personal Ai output? And then you said that
we (buyers) had best save any useful chat responses into our board with the highlighter. Is that a one step process and does that mean it goes into the knowledge base? Can we delete it later?
What if a team member added something we did not want or approve of? Can the admin easily remove it?

So, "chat" in our case means chat with an article or ask follow-ups. It may be a bit different from other AI tools than you imagine. In Wonders, chat is not the primary way of interacting with the AI—for us that would be research columns. Which is why we charge tokens (credits) for those.
Yes, it's quick to save an insight from the chat, you just select the highlighter. It's a quick action and it will get saved to the Wonders board's knowledge base. There it can be deleted if needed. Admins and owners can definitely delete the content as necessary
