Extremely unsatisfied with this product. After sign up for an account I was able to see the inside features of the product but then it doesn't let me log in. I always needed to use the sign up link to get into my account. Once I was inside, I tested the functions of it. At first, I have used the chat hub, in which I uploaded 3 documents and ask the bot to play as a professor and ask me questions alongside with the answers. It blinks for 30mins still nothing came out. Then I went to write agent, there i wanted to write a small article solely based on the 3 documents mentioned above the it told there is an error so I tried again the thing it sent back to me is I didn't have no credit no more. I received literally nothing and all my credits are gone? Where could the uploaded resources be found? I checked My Folder, it always showed me No version. What does it even mean? In the description of the product there is the Podcast feature but in all the tier plan not even mentioned about it. With hope that you just haven't updated the tier plan but maybe that feature exists. So i bought the product. And turned out their plan tier was right. I was the only one naive to be mislead by the description of the product. My worst experience sofar! However, thanks for the idea and the effort to create this product! Sincerely

When I used WordWriter, I also found serious problems with its credibility, similar to another reviewer. The long-form content it generated was poorly structured, piecemeal, and lacked depth.

If an AI writing tool can't provide verifiable citations, it simply isn't reliable for research papers, blog posts, or any content that needs authority. While the idea behind WordWriter is commendable, its execution falls short in ways that make it unsuitable for professional and academic use.

This will unfortunately be a refund for me.

It has good features for research, thanks once again for this. Some features may require to be added like saving earlier research in tabs (like ChatGPT). I believe they will add it in future.

Hi. Thanks for this product. The book feature was what hooked me. However, I was unable to utilized it after first buying Tier 2, then Tier 3. It does not clearly give an option to produce a mini book? Also when I tried in Tier 3 for a book of 230 pages it said I have insufficient credits? How long does it take to produce a manuscript? I see it has been Pending for over 20 minutes since it gave me the message that I have insufficient credits, despite upgrading to Third Tier. - Also, it took 500 credits, but there is no product to show. Hopefully this is a bug that can be sorted out. Otherwise, it is a really good program.

Been testing this out for the last few days, and even in just the time I have been using it, it has come on in leaps and bounds. It has a nice, attractive user interface, and it is clear lots of thought has gone into it. Right from the get-go I found it to be excellent for research, and from what I could see the research it came back with was very accurate. I always get a team member to fact check AI stuff, but from what I could see it was pretty darned accurate out of the box.

Today I managed to do some work with the new Minibooks and I was super impressed. I got an insightful and well-written first draft. I understand this is something they are currently working on, and all I can say is if this is just the start then I am very excited for the future.

Support have been very responsive and helpful and I get a good feelng about this tool.

I am excited to see where this is going to end up, as the potential is huge.
