My worst experience so far. But thanks for the idea

Extremely unsatisfied with this product. After sign up for an account I was able to see the inside features of the product but then it doesn't let me log in. I always needed to use the sign up link to get into my account. Once I was inside, I tested the functions of it. At first, I have used the chat hub, in which I uploaded 3 documents and ask the bot to play as a professor and ask me questions alongside with the answers. It blinks for 30mins still nothing came out. Then I went to write agent, there i wanted to write a small article solely based on the 3 documents mentioned above the it told there is an error so I tried again the thing it sent back to me is I didn't have no credit no more. I received literally nothing and all my credits are gone? Where could the uploaded resources be found? I checked My Folder, it always showed me No version. What does it even mean? In the description of the product there is the Podcast feature but in all the tier plan not even mentioned about it. With hope that you just haven't updated the tier plan but maybe that feature exists. So i bought the product. And turned out their plan tier was right. I was the only one naive to be mislead by the description of the product. My worst experience sofar! However, thanks for the idea and the effort to create this product! Sincerely

Thanks for your feedback. It looks like there was some confusion about how the product works.

To clarify:

1. You were likely using the wrong account — your credits are tied to the original account you signed up with. If you kept using the sign-up link instead of logging in, you were creating new accounts each time. That’s why it looked like your credits disappeared — they’re still sitting in the correct account.

2. Only one document can be uploaded at a time, and we don’t store files. So expecting to find “versions” later or trying to access previous uploads isn’t how the system works.

3. The Podcast feature is clearly explained: it converts finished results into audio for easier listening.

It looks like most of the frustration came from not using the product as intended, it helps to check how things work first as we have several guides on this — still, we appreciate your feedback and are sorry it didn’t meet your expectations.
