The research agent function of Wordwriter works very well when it is operational. However, several times this function does not run and results in an error. When the process does not run properly, credits are still consumed. At least that is the case for me. The Wordwriter team needs to work to iron out all the bugs so that it can be used regularly.

Here are some suggestions that hopefully can be considered by the Wordwriter Team:
1. Users should still have access to open and view the features of the application when credits run out. This includes opening documents that have been created previously. Currently, when credits run out, users cannot view other features (including documents we have created previously) and must purchase a package to access the available features.
2. I did not find a feature that displays the writings we previously created in the content editor feature. It's quite strange for a generative AI product, but we cannot access our previous writings for editing.
3. There is no feature to add credits when our credits run out.
4. The "Folder" and "Team" features do not seem to work well. There is no option to add folders or workspaces to work on each different project separately.

These are some of my notes from using this application over the past three days. The application has potential, but it needs a lot of work to be suitable for everyday use.
