Q: Important question

Did the developers remember to put task "due time" and reminders in the app? Not just due date which is insufficient for busy people who have to juggle their schedules - often throughout the day. And yes, time estimate is something else, but only works well with "time due". Thanks

A: Hi stages,

Absolutely!

"Due Time" is a default field in the app. If you don’t see it in the task detail view (WorkZappy supports custom task types, it might not be there for certain custom task types), please click “Customize” in the top right corner of the task detail view. From there, drag and drop the “Date” field into the detail section, this will give you both “Start Time” and “Due Time” fields, down to the minute.

You can also choose to make it a required field if needed.

What about a reminder? A due date is set and let's say you want to be reminded 24 hours prior? Or a custom reminder date.. Also, are you able to send those reminder as an email to multiple recipients?

Yes. You can set up an automation rule to send email reminders to multiple recipients 1 day prior to the due date: https://guide.workzappy.com/project/automation/add-automation.

Use the "Deadline reminder" automation template to get it set up quickly.
