Q: Support Email?

One thing evident is that there is no "support" footprints; across the app. - Nor, I am able to connect with you. Am I missing something? No Live Chat? No support email? No Ticketing Solution. - I have been validating the product, and its quiet on the line of Scrum. - thank you for that. But, there are bugs I noted on the notification side that I wanted to send out to you. When following or owning a task the notification are not reaching to the owner / followe after enabling them in the Notification settings. So, I need a way to communicate with you. I am on a trial account.

Regarding the issue you've encountered with notifications:

Self-Performed Actions: If you are the one performing an action on a task (e.g., updating or completing it), the system is designed not to send a notification to you for that specific action. This approach helps prevent unnecessary notifications for actions you initiate yourself.

Other Notifications: For actions performed by others on tasks you own or follow, notifications should be sent according to your notification settings.
