Thank you for your feedback. Currently, we offer comment threads within tasks where team members can collaborate and communicate in context.
That said, Slack integration is currently in development. With this, you can
Receive Slack notifications for updates on WorkZappy tasks;
Convert Slack messages into WorkZappy tasks;
Create new WorkZappy tasks directly within Slack.
In the near term, the plan is to integrate with existing Chat applications instead of implementing our own Chat functionality.

Thank you for your response. The In-Built project chat can ensure all history is retained. Implementing Slack might not solve this issue if the users are on a Free version of Slack or Teams, and I believe are limited to three months of history. Can you think about this a bit more?

Moreover, for the privacy reasons, I want to keep the chat history within my domain. So, if I disable a user in near future, ensure they don't have access to the chats or other artifacts
Hi TGP, once a user is disabled, they won't be able to log in, and won't have access to any data within WorkZappy.
