Perfect Alternative for Jira
The core of this tool is the ability to work on Agile projects using Scrum. Unlike other tools having a KANBAN approach to work. This tool is perfectly aligned to work on tech., projects. I am loving it!
Even though the core processes are aligned my rating resembles some missing features on collaboration side:
1. Need a collaboration tool other than just tagging on tasks. Note, that project discussions are more than just tagging on tasks.
2. Support is active but have not seeing major updates being made. If the release cycle is bi weekly, then, we should have seen features available in past weeks.
3. Roadmap is not public (or I am not aware).
4. There is that feeling things are cooking behind the scenes (need more transparency)
5. AI - Not user friendly. Can't ask general questions but have to abide to the commands. And, those commands are not at par.
Note: The Scrum features work perfectly. I am really looking forward to make this tool favourable in my workflow.

In terms of collaboration, we are actively exploring deeper collaboration features on top of the current task-level comments thread. BTW: Email responses can be automatically added as comments: https://guide.workzappy.com/personal/email-integration
We do share a public roadmap at: https://app.workzappy.com/kanban/share?shareCode=0dcd99026e6645928a465fd63e7c8c84. As you can see, there are a few features getting implemented currently and will ship soon.
The "Ask AI" feature focuses on two types of queries: data lookups ((e.g., "tasks assigned to me") and knowledge-based queries using RAG (e.g., "how do project phases work?"). That said, we agree it should feel more natural and powerful. We're actively exploring how to make AI more intuitive, conversational, and capable over time.
