Q: Blocked access and automatic link setting

I have 2 questions:
1. I have read in the comments that you remove accesses without warning if the access has not been used for a long time. Is this still the case?
2. can I also use the plugin to set automatic links, e.g. to a specific keyword?

2. i take a keyword for example ( Iphone ) then i specify whether it should be linked automatically in blog posts and / or in products, for example to Iphone accessories, and i can also specify how often it should be linked.
