Q: Why is it extremely difficult to get support from you?
I bought 2 apps from you here at AppSumo. 1 x the Logging Lockdown and the 301 Redirect. The 301 redirect does not work correctly for me and clutters up my entire Wordpress with redirect recommendations. I have already set up these redirects completely but 24 hours later the whole backend is full of these recommendations again.
I finally got in touch with your support team after several attempts and now nothing is working again.
I had already written to your support that it is urgent, because as already written above my backend (dashboard) is full of these redirection recommendations.
Unfortunately there is no ticket number, but I had been in contact with Adnan and Alex.
Could you perhaps check your open tickets?
