Q: Issue with access
I bought and downloaded this previously but I can't login or download it anymore, when I try to login it says the password/user is wrong and when I try the download link it says there is no user with my details but I have a username and password. If I try to register it says that a user already exists with my details. I've tried to reset the password but I don't receive an email. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There was an internal issue with linking AppSumo purchases to our My Account section (which was launched two weeks ago) but we are in the process of resolving that today and tomorrow. We can manually link you if you email us. Sorry about that.

Hi Nick. Thanks for the reply - I will wait a couple of days and re-try and hopefully it will be working. FYI I did get a download link by email but when I click it says it has expired in the browser, might be something to check in case others have the same experience.
