I saw on your website that there is Real Time Location Tracking app. Is that function included in this deal? And can I track multiple devices or just one?

Yes, the Lifetime License deal includes access to the Gold Add-on thus providing you with access to the Real Time Location Tracking feature and app.
With regards to if you may track multiple devices, yes you may track as many devices that you may need and thus you are not restricted to just one device at a time.
