No, WP Security Ninja does not currently offer the feature to clean up a hacked site or database. However, we recognize the importance of this capability and have added it to our wishlist. YnhojI am also looking for the one-click malware removal solution in WP Security Ninja (thought it had until I read this comment). Will definitely jump onboard if this feature is included.
