Unable to redeem
I purchased and immediately redeemed, or at least attempted to, following the instructions. However, their registration site told me that the AppSumo code was "expired". I reached out to support. They took a while to respond, then wanted the code. I gave it to them, then they went away again. I am now a few days in an have yet to be able to even register for an account.
It's a race now as to whether I get tired of waiting and refund, before they get back to me with a "fix". This is a pretty poor introduction to the product.
