Q: x3 pre sales question
1) Is it possible for a customer to make a booking where they can add other attendees to the booking - Name + Email address and those attendees also receive email reminders of the time and date appointment?
2) I need to gate the bookings to only allow people to book whose email address is recognised, is this possible? open to any ideas.
3) can the booking confirmation email and the reminders include unique a passcode from say a google sheet? so each time a booking is made, a unique passcode is taken from a google sheet row (or any other app) and added to the outbound emails to those attendees?
my user case is a group meeting in a virtual meeting room, each room is private and needs the passcode to enter.

1) Yes, WP Timetics allows customers to add guest attendees when making a booking by entering their names and email addresses. However, only the primary customer will receive the confirmation and reminder emails. At the moment, guest attendees do not receive separate email notifications.. You can enable the guest booking from Timetics > Settings > Booking Questions > Enable Guests option:

2) Currently, this feature is not available in WP Timetics. There is no built-in functionality to restrict or validate bookings based on a pre-approved or recognized list of email addresses.
However, we are always working on adding new features based on user feedback.

3) At this time, Timetics does not offer native support for this functionality. The plugin cannot pull unique passcodes from Google Sheets or other external sources to insert into emails automatically.
However, your use case is quite valuable, and we encourage you to submit it as a feature request to our roadmap.
