Q: Would you consider a white label?

I'd like to use something like this, but without Whitelabel it's a hard stop. Any plans to introduce it for higher tiers?

A: You will need more licenses only when you have multiple websites where you want to install WPNakama. Otherwise 1-license is more than enough as you can create unlimited boards and collaborate with unlimited people.

WPNakama is best suited for this case where you're collaborating with client and also sharing files & updates. You can create a separate board for your client, add team members,...

Q: How can clients add to it?

Examples of client interaction:
• Can clients create new tasks?
• are there different levels of access? (private, read, write, suggest, etc?)
• can an email be turned into a task or can this be used as a "job request system"?
• what sort of granularity of control is planned for client vs owner editing of the items?

2. No. Currently, there are only two levels of access—public and Private. Public-level access allows only viewing of the board, whereas private-level access allows full access only those who are a part of your WP site. We are currently working on new access levels with better board access control.

Q: How can I upgrade to the Pro version of WPNakama?

I bought a lifetime license to WPNakama Pro and I'm trying to upgrade to the Pro version following the instructions. Clicking on the link to manually upgrade gives me a 404 error message ...server not found. I can not upgrade to the Pro version ..no way to do it. All give me the 404 error.

A: Sorry for the inconvenience! Please follow the instructions.

Instructions:
1. First, deactivate the license from the WPNakama license dashboard.
2. Then delete the installed plugin version.
3. Thereafter, install the plugin again, add the license key, and do a manual update.

If the issue persists, please let me know.

Q: Tickets

Is there a way for clients to submit support tickets with email updates when myself or the client responds? Also do you have any videos showing it in action?
