Q: Ensuring Human-Written Content in Deliverables
I wanted to clarify an important concern. With the growing ease and accessibility of AI writing tools, it’s become increasingly difficult to distinguish between content written by a human and content generated by large language models.
To ensure the integrity and authenticity of the work, can you please confirm the steps you take to guarantee that your articles are genuinely written by a human, and not simply AI-generated and passed off as original writing?
Transparency on this matter is important, as I want to make sure we’re receiving the quality and originality we’re paying for. If you have any verification process or policy in place regarding this, I’d appreciate hearing more about it.
Thank you, and I look forward to your response.

On Tier 1, we use our AI writer match to find a writer for you. This allows the writer to use AI for part of the process but ultimately deliver content that is humanized and aligned with your brand guidelines and instructions.
For Tiers 2 and up, you have the ability to hand-select your writers, and these are the steps that we take to ensure you receive customized human-written content:
1. Every order is scanned through Originality.ai. Because AI detection is not a perfect science and can result in false positives, especially for some topics, we carefully review average scores across writers, similar clients, similar topics, and similar content types. We've provided training across the board and individually as needed.
2. We run detection for phrases that come from AI-generation tools in any versions of orders saved/auto-saved (even if not part of the versions actually submitted by writers). If writers paste this into WriterAccess, we can catch it and take appropriate action.
3. We analyze copy/paste behaviors and order delivery time and review/address patterns.
4. We offer unlimited revisions within 14 days of order delivery for any reason within the original scope of the order. If a client feels that the content has AI characteristics, which is possible as generative AI improves despite the content being human-written, it can be revised.
5. The WriterAccess platform offers several AI tools for self-service clients to use to create briefs and topics, but these are not used on your behalf (and when used by clients, it's not for the writing itself).
We look forward to helping you create amazing, specialized, human-written content that performs!
