Q: For client access to responses, how EXACTLY to they get access?
i.e.; do they have a dashboard to access submissions, is there an email we can enter to forard the links/videos/resumes as they are submitted, do we have to send each one as its created, etc? Just trying to understand how to support a client/agency approach. I understand the no-login access, the question is how much management of content I need to provide to a client. Each candidate response has a dedicated link you can share via email or other platforms for clients to access directly. Currently, all responses are not available on a single link, but this feature is in our roadmap. Soon, you'll be able to share multiple responses via one link and send emails directly to clients or management from the dashboard. Stay tuned for updates!

Q: Could a candidate just record audio for each question?
Some may not want to show their face for whatever reason, but would like to share their response, so an audio option could be a great idea. Is this available? We could then just share the audio and download the mp3 file for our records for each question. Age and race discrimination is a real concern. Thanks

Cool thanks. The focus on video is perfect. I think some could select what they are comfortable with based on their choice. You would have more engagement with your platform if you offered this option. You could in the dashboard allow it to be turned on or off by the admin. I would think some people would be hesitant to do a video that could be amazing job candidates.
