Q: Could a candidate just record audio for each question?
Some may not want to show their face for whatever reason, but would like to share their response, so an audio option could be a great idea. Is this available? We could then just share the audio and download the mp3 file for our records for each question. Age and race discrimination is a real concern. Thanks

SimonTemplarCool thanks. The focus on video is perfect. I think some could select what they are comfortable with based on their choice. You would have more engagement with your platform if you offered this option. You could in the dashboard allow it to be turned on or off by the admin. I would think some people would be hesitant to do a video that could be amazing job candidates.
