Q: My CNAME domain not showing up on invites, new features
I set up my email SMTP and sent a test email to my self. I tried customizing the email template and I lost the “Start Your Video Interview” button hyperlink. Now the test emails I send do not have this button. How do I restore the button?
Secondly, I set up the CNAME which is working fine now. However, the links provided to candidates still show as coming from app.xinterview.ai. like this: https://app.xinterview.ai/interview/eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiIsInR5c......
How do I resolve this so it can be coming from my CNAME domain I set up?
Also, what is the purpose of the “customization” section of my Xinterview? This showed up today under dashboard settings with other new features like Integrations & Careers Page. It seems it is meant to customize what candidates see. Do you have any video or guide on who to use this feature?

1.Email Template Issue:
It looks like the "Start Your Video Interview" button disappeared because the placeholder for the interview link was removed. To restore it, please add the placeholder {link} in your email template. In the next release, we’ll also include a reset option for email templates to make it easier to revert to default settings if needed.
2.CNAME Not Reflecting in Links:
If your candidate links are still showing app.xinterview.ai instead of your custom domain, the CNAME setup may not be fully configured. Please double-check your DNS settings and ensure that the CNAME is correctly pointing to our platform. If the issue persists, let us know, and we can assist further.
3.Customization Feature:
The new Customization section allows you to personalize various aspects of the candidate experience, including job titles, colors, introduction notes, and thank-you pages. You can easily set this up to match your brand’s needs. A help article with a detailed guide on using this feature will be released soon. Let us know if you need any immediate guidance.
