Saves hours of time
We bought this as a trial but what a product.
We used it fully for a trainee office admin role and it saved literally days of time.
We went from 750 applicants to around 60 that bothered to perform the sort shortlisting interview we set. That alone saved us probably 3 days of shifting through CVs.
Then we discounted around another 40 from the shortlisting videos so had another longer interview set for the now remaining 20.
We ended up at 3 candidates to interview in person.
This software has been well recieved by the applicants as well but has also saved us around 2 weeks of time on hiring for this one job.
Can't recommend it enough if you use it correctly.
