Q: Worst UI ever?

Either I'm missing something very obvious, or this is the worst UI I've ever experienced. I can't find any way to get to previous recordings, but more importantly, I can't even find settings to choose which microphone input is being used when recording straight from the app. Why do I need to see client testimonials from the app itself? There's literally just two buttons: add a file or start recording. What is this?

A: We’ve intentionally kept the UI minimal to focus on what matters most: high-quality audio processing without distractions. That said, you’re absolutely right — features like choosing a mic input and accessing previous recordings are important, and we’re actively working on improving that.

I really appreciate constructive input like yours. If there are other specific features you’re missing, I’d love to hear more.

You’re also welcome to use any recording software and simply provide the audio file to Xound. While Xound wasn’t originally intended to serve as a full recording studio, you raise a valid point — it’s something worth considering. If we move forward with that direction, the timeline would be approximately four weeks.
