Q: clarify connected domain vs whitelabel
Please clarify what's connected domain and how it differs from whitelabel. Is the only feature added for whitelabel is the removal of the xtensio logo? Please also include what's included in the Tier 4 white label option. Thanks.

Jan 15, 2025A: Here’s a breakdown of connected domains vs. white label, and what’s included in Tier 4:
Connected Domain
This feature allows you to publish your folios on your own custom domain (e.g., reports.yourcompany.com). Your clients and audience won’t see Xtensio’s default URLs, giving your documents a more professional, branded feel.
White Label
White label goes a step further by removing Xtensio branding entirely, including:
• The Xtensio logo on shared templates, dashboards, and editor interfaces.
• The Xtensio name on login screens for your team or guests.
This creates a fully branded experience that aligns with your business.
PS. All collaborators will still login to Xtensio (yourcompany.xtensio.com) to make edits.
What’s Included in Tier 4 White Label
• Replace the Xtensio logo with your own across the platform.
• Customize the dashboard and editor with your branding.
• Publish to your own connected domain for a seamless client experience.
• Unlimited guest invites, making it perfect for client collaboration.
