I bought the Tier 1 for my own personal use. After playing around with Xtensio, I felt that the limitations that are in place for my T1 plan is too restrictive, and it doesn't make sense for me to get a higher tier just to make one or two documents a year.

Some of the limitations include:
- Exporting documents to PDF requires an upgrade.
- Customizing colors to match your own brand colors requires an upgrade (you can only select from the existing color palette).
- Using your own domain name requires an upgrade to Tier 3.
- You're also limited to one workspace that can have 10 projects in it, and 250 MB storage, which I am okay with.

In short it is very versatile tool that gives you freedom to do in a blink almost everything - from docs to landing pages. A lot of templates are available. 😊

Xtensio is an absolute game-changer for anyone looking to create professional and polished business Presentations without being a design expert. The platform is sleek, user-friendly, and packed with features that truly make work easier (and enjoyable!). Fast Support. I wish they have folder structure for better organization and Duplicate workspace option to use it as client portal.

I bought Xtensio and use it to provide my course participants with additional materials and overviews. It is easy to use and does what it needs to do. I particularly like the ability to structure a page effortlessly and organize it with colors. I wish for even more ways to copy content between pages easily. But Xtensio is still young :-). Thank you, I can work well and quickly with it.

I was thinking about refunding Xtensio, because I felt that it would be a lot of work and time to use a folios template and tailor my company's information into each section of the template. I would have to learn how to use that template for my business and modify it. I was wishing that Xtensio had AI that would do all this. I did not want or have the time to justify figuring and keeping this purchase. ChatGPT changed all of this. I almost forgot that I use AI for most of my writing, so why not use it for Xtensio.

I purchased Xtensio to create lead magnets, but did not see any lead magnet templates. With the help of ChatGPT, I can download a template and then ask ChatGPT to replace the information on the template with my company's details and the goal of the lead magnet. I can copy that information from ChatGPT and paste it into the Folio. Now, all I'm doing is replacing the text and leaving the template as-is. Now, I have my lead magnets. Something that I figure it would take me hours to do, will take me 15 minutes. A lot more templates are now available for me to use. I see myself using Xtensio besides lead magnets.
I brought tier 3, so I can see the analytics when I share the folio links. This should be a great marketing tool.
