I was just working on our company profile when I noticed Xtensio. I'm now on tier 3 and not sure whether it's a deal for me or not.

What I like is the interactive way my presentations can be shared with our partners. It also seems pretty straight forward to create a quick presentation for sharing.

What would make this tool a powerhouse for me...
1. More design option. My designs so far use rounded corners, but that doesn't seem to be available in Xtensio.
2. I do not see any way for my viewers to download the presentation for their own use. Of course I can create a download link at the end myself.
3. I'm not sure if the developers have thought of this but there's a huge opportunity for this in combination with APIs. Having the presentation served with interactive data would make this tool incredibly powerful.
4. If the presentations had some form of logic in them it would be even better. Meaning, if my audience gets a question about they use our product, then based on that they would get to see a different part of the presentation. Combined with automations this would allow me to show the same presentation to different groups and serve them exactly what they need.

Unfortunately, design wise I can do more in Canva so there's still a lot of room for growth.

Loved the collection of templates and overall solution is wellthought.
I defintely see strong use case in my workflow as a product manager.
Only feedback i have is since we are so accustomed to AI content generation these days it will be nice if you can implement few LLms inside templates to smoothen the content update process.

Our non-profit organization purchased the Tier 4 version of Xtensio.

Very happy with what it offers and what it can do.

Xtensio offers a very wide range of practical templates that can be used for any project -- whether for-profit or non-profit.

Customization is easy and versatile.

It even allows us (at Tier 4) to create our own templates for our members and colleagues, exactly as we want them in content, format, and style.

Xtensio-created "documents" (called "folios") can be presented as slide shows.
Our documents/folios can be published to our chosen custom domain which helps promote our "brand".

The documentation and knowledge-base provides enormously helpful, well-explained information on the function and value of each kind of template, which is an education in itself, as we've discovered many types of documents/folios that we hadn't thought of using, and now see the value in doing so.

Xtensio's support people -- including Alper, the founder of Xtensio -- have been truly outstanding. Responsive, clear, helpful, patient, friendly.

Our organization's president hopped on a videoconference call with Alper to get some clarification on how we might use Xtensio and after the call was full of praise for both Alper and the Xtensio platform, commenting: "Very focused and dedicated to excellence".

This sort of platform is new to us, so we don't have a point of comparison. But we're confident it's going to help enhance both the communication and development of ideas and clarity of thought and planning.

Final Verdict:
Xtensio is a promising tool with a sleek design and simplicity at its core, but it is held back by limited capabilities and a lack of collaborative freedom. The drag-and-drop precision is a feature that I always wanted in commonplace tools like Word or PowerPoint.
The amount of detailed and diverse templates is a great way to not only develop your business for yourself or clients is competitive with even the most well-established juggernauts of the industry.

It is like having a website, VSL, pitch-deck, note taking, idea generation tool all in one. All with a fully customizable interface.
