Terrible Customer Support

I was on Live Chat several times today trying to resolve an issue and had shockingly unprofessional responses twice and how quick they are to abandon customers without resolving the issue. This is 'cancel culture' of the customer at its worst!

I sent an email regarding the 1st person on the live chat and got a bounce back to the support email address.

I tried live chat again a little later, and no luck then either with the agent literally saying "I can't help you" and refused to respond any further with me.

The help article they sent me didn't address the issue I was writing about.

I last thing I wrote in the chat in frustration "I don't understand how a company can say to a Pro account user "I can't help you" and then abandon me. You are paid to help me until the issue I need help with is resolved!"

Beware of companies that hire customer support staff of a certain younger generation who cannot tolerate any level of uncomfortableness or discomfort and just stop working at providing customer service because they don't know how to communicate effectively, or don't now how to refer to someone else who might be able to help.

I even asked if there is anyone else on the Live Chat that I could speak with. No response. One hour later, still no response to my request to speak to someone else. It was clear they had already abandoned me and had no intention of responding to me.

I copied the transcript with the time of our exchange in case anyone in the company is interested in following up with a conversation with the agent, providing constructive criticism - or firing them for slacking on the job.
