I am currently using a checkout provider that uses Stripe as a payment gateway. I know, therefore, that my customers are all within my Stripe account, as well as the history of their past purchases, current subscriptions, etc. Is it possible to "move" or "transfer" those existing customers over to Zylvie? The objective would be that they should be able to login using the Zylvie customer portal and see their history and current subscriptions there...

Unfortunately no, our customer portal only works for subscriptions created through Zylvie.
Because there's a very specific data structure and all the back-end code is built around that data structure.
The fact that they're all in your Stripe isn't enough for a successful migration unfortunately.
