A: Hi there,

Most commonly our users on Tier 1 just upgrade to Tier 2, Tier 3, all the way to Tier 5.

After $2M sales limit, they can either transition to a monthly plan on our site or upgrade to a lifetime plan on our site (both of which have no sales limits).

Hi Jay, I purchased Tier 5 but it appears it's not a fully white label... 🙁 I thought you'd include it in the highest Tier...

And I also don't see the option to remove 'Powered by Zylvie"

I read a lot comments about SendFox and Acumbamail integration. Would I only need these services for marketing emails or also for invoices, etc?

Would it be possible to integrate Emailit as well? It's also here on AppSumo.

A: Hi there,

No, those integrations are for advanced workflows, e.g. adding each new buyer to a custom subscription list on their existing email service providers.

You definitely don't need any email provider whatsoever to send transactional emails like invoices, receipts, success emails, cart recovery emails, file download emails, etc.

We'll look into Emailit and see if we can integrate it...

Q: Multiple Stipe accounts

Hi there!

Without watching the 20-minute tutorial video, can you please tell me:

1. If I have multiple accounts (for different products and services) under my Stripe login, can I connect your software to whichever account I need, or only to one account?

2. Does your software create plans (one-time or subscriptions) on Stripe automatically, or do I have to create them in Stripe first and then connect Zilvie to it?

3. Does Zylvie have a customer portal?

4. Zilvie vs ChargeKeep?

A: Hi there,

1. Yes, you can connect multiple. Each brand/store can connect a different Stripe account, so just create a separate brand for each Stripe account you have.

2. Yes, we create it automatically on Stripe itself. You don't have to do anything.

3. We currently use Stripe's built-in customer portal, which works well.
