Q: Can customers indicate a quantity of subscriptions?

Hello,
We sell our services through subscriptions, counted by point of sale. Whether a business has 18 points of sale or 210, they should be able to indicate the quantity and modify it later. Is it possible with Zylvie?
Can the customer modify the services, quantities and options they've subscribed to, cancel complementary services or add new ones?
If they intend to cancel the main service, can we trigger a retention strategy in your system that would activate messages in the customer portal to try to retain them, with a price reduction for x months, or by offering an optional service free of charge, for example?
We primarily sell our services through subscriptions, with tiered offerings allowing customers to choose the options and complementary services they need, as well as some services/products with one-time payments.
Some options correspond to specific services. Certain complementary services and products can only be offered if the customer has previously selected the appropriate main service. Hence the following questions.
Does your solution allow:
• Offering options to customers during the ordering process, AFTER they have selected the service(s) they're interested in? • Offering complementary services during the ordering process, AFTER they have selected the main service(s)? • Indicating quantities (even for subscriptions)?
Your use case is pretty advanced and requires quite a bit of granularity.

Are there limits on the size of the entire course? 3) Are audio and video files allowed to be uploaded within the course? If yes, are there size limits? 4) Is there an option to build a community within Zylvie? 5) Do you integrate with Mailchimp? I did not see it on your list. 6) Is there a knowledge base to learn from? 7) Is there a chat feature for customers to reach out to the seller?
Looking forward to these answers so I can purchase soon.

I am thinking of purchasing the tier 5 plan. But am not quite sure about the $2 million limit. I just have to ask what happens if that threshold is reached? Does it explode?? Or are there other options that you offer?
Most commonly our users on Tier 1 just upgrade to Tier 2, Tier 3, all the way to Tier 5.
After $2M sales limit, they can either transition to a monthly plan on our site or upgrade to a lifetime plan on our site (both of which have no sales limits).

1) What features are included when creating a course?

To be clear, we're not a course creation platform, we never advertised as such, and we aren't doing that.
While we do plan to add a course creation feature in the future, we're a checkout platform for you to set up an online store first and foremost.
I don't want you to be confused and purchase the wrong thing and have the wrong expectations.
