I needed to do some research on what ThriveCart has been up to to even answer your question.
As far as I know, Pro+ is an annual subscription on top of their LTD plan, and it's to deliver features mostly already included in our LTD plan (and including a few niche use case features, like crypto integration).
But it's a completely-different offer altogether, it's a completely different business model, because you have an annual subscription all of a sudden.
On the other hand, Learn+ is their course platform, it has always been there.
We're working on our own course platform already, targeting for release in Q4.
