It's an okay tool
Spent about a week using this program and though the email and customization process is nice, however the email support, automation, and lead forms were very limited. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone trying to do something bigger but just for a small amount of emails.

Waiting for real Support to get DKIM and DMARC verified
I followed the instuctions that Acumbamail provides to and engaged my website host to make the changes in Cloudflare. When clicking on verifiy in Anti-Spam setting (now after 5 days) I am getting DKIM and DMARC not verfified. I wrote to Acumbamail support stating what I had done so far and included an export from Cloudflare showing all the settings asking them to review and let me know what I need to do to get this going... and pointing out the urgency to get the newsletter out... the reply just restated the instructions... I then wrote back and again included the clourdflare settings (including the required DKIM and DMARC) and I have not received any reply... I really need their help[ with this...

Really unhelpful and then non-existent support
We bought this deal and wanted to love it. But the support is always linking to the FAQ section on the website, but our problems were not resolved. After a while they just stopped answering. A promising solution, but not intuitive and without help definitely no usable for us.

One of the biggest disappointments..
I was very excited when I made this purchase. You could even say that I was thrilled with a good product made in Europe - wow!
Unfortunately, the support is non-existent or completely chaotic.
I'll say it again - a product without support is a dead product, no matter how good the design and functionality of the product is.
