High pricing and no GDPR compliance
After lot of hesitation, I finally bought a Tier3, only way to get custom domain and smtp. I was confident that some efforts were effectively done around GDPR compliance. Until I find an old Ltd for AH on another Ltd platform, 1 years ago. The Tier3 was $100 less with same nb of workspaces and more storage. A good sales vibe here would have been to provide 2 or 3 workspaces with whitelabel for less.
But that's not what made me refund. One year ago, there were already some discussion and "commitment" to work on GDPR and get compliance "in some months". Today that's still not the case, and GDPR compliance is not only a matter of data storage, it's also processes. So I believe AH will not be ready for European business, and European customers of businesses working with AH, before some months, or worst, years. I can't get a $400+ lifetime deal I will never use, because I'm pretty sure in some months we will all be able to create our own agency software. Bad vibe for AH and me. That's it.

Apr 14, 2025Hey, that deal was a year back so it was almost an MVP product. We priced it as it was then.
As for GDPR, it got delayed quite a bit because when we had an initial consult we realized there's a lot of work to be done on our end. Maintaining development and this work made it quite a bit lengthier than it should have been.
Having said that, we are in 10th week of our compliance setup with a law...

Not another activation issue...really...
I purchased Tier 3 and had trouble with activating the plan. I messaged support from within the app. In a few minutes Rashik was kind enough to use my invoice information to verify and activate the appropriate tier for me. As I just purchased the app you don't want to have any friction activating it right out of the gate. It really is a vital step in customer experience. Great potential
Amazing software for $69, which does so many things and brings value to any solopreneur.
Farhan is very attentive and helpful, which is a bonus, as he took his time to give me a tour of the software. I recommend the software because it was originally made by the developers for their own project management, before being made available to others.
This shows their commitment to the product's functionality and ongoing improvements. Selling a product you use shows your belief in it, which can boost customer confidence. I think this should be promoted.
In tier 1, I identified some glitches and suggested improvements to enhance the software's use cases. Some of these changes are important to be compliant with UK laws.
1-When a customer purchases something, the system in tier 1 doesn't send an automatic reply. This can be an issue for someone, especially if it happens with tier 3 as well (which costs $400).
2-When someone purchases a their first product, the system creates the customer account and generates a random password. Adding an auto-reply to purchases with a link to change the account password would resolve both issues and enhance professionalism.
3-if you delete a customer, that email cannot be used anymore. Probably it stays inside the software somewhere. As for GDPR European laws a customer has the right to be deleted from a database, however if decide to purchase in the future the platform won't allow him to register again.
4-The invoice counting is not allowing me to change the invoice number and if I delete an invoice the number still count that.
5-There isn't any option to generate a credit note, which is needed to balance any possible refund.
As a future added functionality, I suggest the below:
1-Onboarding of affiliates that can promote my services (I think I saw it in the roadmap).
2-Expenses registrations. This would allow to manage the P&L and should be quite simple to add, as It is a simple database with some filtering options and total generation.
3-You should add a registration form for customers to register to the platform, going into the leads area until they purchase something. Once they buy something, they could move automatically as a client (the current client registration adds them directly as clients).
4-Also, for the leads, it would be great if it was a button to send a lead's registration form by email by only entering the email address.
These are very minor changes that would make me purchase Tier 3 of the software and to massively promote it as an affiliate to many UK entrepreneurs (I teach how to become self-employed in a adult college in the UK).
