Hello I have purchased AppSumo Tier 4. Is the Multi-Agent Add-On is included in Tier 4 or I still have to pay $199.00? Is there any promo code?

I just got the email and it is does not say how long the program is open for. There was a comment earlier about 7 days only, this is a really short window for something that is not going to be released for months. I am considering whether it is viable to upgrade from Tier 3 to Tier 4.... and pay for the Multi-Agent, but this is not enough time to make an informed decision.. just testing the toolset will take more time than that.

Scenario - what if I upgrade to Tier 4 - purchase the early bird and want to move back to Tier 3.. do I get a refund, lose my money.

1) As my calendar management assistant to manage my appointment calendar/bookings

2) chatbot support on my funnel builder and WordPress site for customer support purposes

3) as my lead generation assistant to DM social media followers who engage with my posts.

Great platform however I have few questions:
1) Do you offer whitelabel solutions or is it for self use only.
2) You are promoting chatbots agents however they are missing for live support on your website.
3) Is this only dedicated to marketing and sales agentic functionalities.
4) Does it have integrations with Google workspace, Zoho, Hubspot and other platforms.
5) Who is the ideal user for this agentic platform - solopreneur, small and medium business
6) Can we create unlimited agents or apps for our own use or sell it as whitelabel product
