didn't work at all on two computers
and I don't talk about the advance features. just downloading from you tube.
probably there is some problem right now that they need to check and fix since I see here also good reviews, so probably the app worked well in the past. now , at least for me, it didn't worked at all. the company needs to solve it first, then I will consider ordering again.

Nothing worked as one would normally expect
I purchased last night, and I have yet to experience anything that goes right. DVD ripping, did not work (or at least the screen went blank); converting file, no notification file or anything when done. The converted files did not save where it was supposed to, which resulted in a scramble to find them... In short, nothing worked.

Was decent, no longer updating.
He worked for a while, but it doesn't appear they are updating the converter anymore. For simple video conversions, compressions, it works pretty well. The interfaces a little Antiquated and functionality is limited. One issue I have in particular is the software can't properly recognized files that have a dot in it.
For example:
"1. Welcome to the course.mp4" will be renamed to "1.mp4".
"Using Web3.0 in your business.mp4 becomes "Using Web3.mp4
When you have hundreds of files to convert, it becomes impossible to change all these file names manually.
Also, it doesn't appear that it has stayed up to date with the latest YouTube updates for downloading videos.
