Q: Gmail integration

Hi, I looking for an alternative to Hiverhq which is a fantastic email management tool for Gmail. Hiver integrates directly in Gmail, so you never need to leave Gmail to management emails. Does air five operate the same way?

A: Hey Josh!! Great question! It does integrate with Gmail but it only pulls and receives and then pushes/sends emails. Going the other way might be cool (the “other way” being the way you described) lol. Hope that helps? It does integrate with Gmail but only on our side not INSIDE Gmail right now

A: Hey Matteo!! Idk if I know what I certified email is. Lol. But I think any email that is created and connected with Gmail or outlook would be certified to send etc. that’s where I normally stay in my lane. With Gmail and outlook ;)

Q: Clarification Needed on Custom Domain and Email Sender

What does “custom domain” mean for this service? I tried searching for the same question from others, your responses were... let's say, consistently unhelpful. Can you finally clarify what it actually does, especially for email sending?

Second, looking at Tier 1 plan and 2: If emails are synced and replies are sent via your platform, will the recipient see my actual email address (e.g., shala@center.com), or does it come from your domain? And is that why a custom domain is needed?

A: Hey Sara! Custom domain would just mean if you wanted to white label it later that’s the domain your customers or teammates would see ;) and no it comes from YOUR email/domain when sending! So that’s cool! We didn’t want it to say “ai reply” or say our email sender or anything so that’s essentially white labeled. Good questions

Q: agent and additional credits

1. do you allow anytime in the future to buy additional one-time credits if we run out of it?
2. the agents will work without extra cost? which llm are you using for it, or can we configure it? the agent are just the decider if we send messages immideatly or can they do more?
3. i have about 10 emailadresses for myself, can i include my different footers and a slightly different one of voice for all of it?
4. about 70% of all emails are just spam or newsletter emails, will airfive get this? (since new customer are also just reaching out, there is no option to just connect with a CRM to get the only customers)

A: Hey Marian!! Great questions! Uhh yeah we know most of our community hates paying monthly lol. So do I. So we make sure to do giveaways and allow most of the community to buy more when they need! Kinda goes with the territory ;)
For the agents it’s BYOK so whatever is associated with that. But we also give an Ltd for that too just in case. Yeah you can use different footers/signatures inside...
