A: Heyyy thanks Chachi!! So as long as you train it on whatever you want your signature to be that’s what we’ll show. Also we have some settings sit signatures for mail merges and things like that ;) and yeah when something is auto tagged like a BUG or something it can automatically send it to a task manager or even text you or slack you
Are those things planned or allready there Different mailboxes with different user access rules? Traceability of who last worked on which ticket Assign a ticket to another user Integration of social media channels? Time-based reminders? For example, someone asks when a workshop in Cologne will take place again, and you can set a reminder for 2 months later.
Questions regarding the Deal:
1. How does the tier and credit system work? - What does one credit represent? For example, does one credit equal one email response? 2. What are AI agents, and what role do they play? - Does the program reply automatically, only generate drafts, or can I choose how it operates?
A: Yooo maximilian - good to see you here!! There are different workspaces, different email connections yes. Each workspace has its own unibox. No traceability atm. That’s interesting though. Something we’d consider answering. I don’t REALLY want it to be a customer support ticketing system. I want the ai to just answer and delegate tickets (aka send info to task managers of your choice...
Why don´t you want it to be a support system ? :) If the functionality is allready there? Or to complex to built Ok so regarding the workspaces - 1 Workspace 1 personal inbox? - could my support guy move a message that neither he or the KI can answer then to my inbox ? Can the workspaces work together somehow or are there completly differnt?
Bc think about how much work a support system is…for YOU; not us. You have to manually tag things, manually assign to others, look at what others are doing, etc. we simply want you to NOT DO support. Our ai can just reply to support things as they come in ;)
Q: How far away is workspace functionality?
Hi - looks like a great tool! I run a small agency and need something like this. However, it seems the workspace functionality my agency requires is not yet "in the box" and "may arrive" down the road. Call me a general LTD skeptic at this point given multiple bad experiences investing in tools needint features which did not exist at purchase, yet were promised by founders - and then either never delivered, or delivered in a version to which LTD buyers were not included to receive ...
When do you anticipate the full workspace functionality to be available; branding, training, etc. essentially supporting a different agency client within a workspace?
I presume I will need either Tier 4 or 5, to have this capability. Either of these are considerable investments - certainly do not want to make a poor choice here.
A: Heyy donna!! Thanks for saying so!! I’d love to work with a couple use cases for your agency. Where we could niche down into it. Haha and listen I hear you. I’m a skeptic of the LTD game which is why we make multiple tools for our lazy empire community and the appsumolings. “Heavy hearts” ain’t in our DNA ;) full workspace with airfive will be done within the white label portal in the next 1-2...
You mention work with a couple use cases for our agency, perhaps we can connect outside of here to continue that discussion. Yes, I don't see where Whitelabel / Agency support is part of the feature set; oversight, or did I just miss something?
White label is included in the tier 6 of our lazy leadz product atm. BUUUT we will give access to the highest tier of AppSumo here with very little fee ;)
Is this part of some other product? You keep mentioning lazy leadz features, I must not be reading something correctly.
I'll look forward to seeing the updated offering which includes the agency and whitelabel bits as part of the official offering. Thanks for the info - all the best with your deal.
Ahhh you’re completely new to our thing. Totally fine! We have an entire community called the lazy empire! We have multiple products that we give exclusively first on AppSumo. We give deals for people that have multiple products of ours. LazyLeadz is another product we have on AppSumo here. The white label won’t be officially offered here on AppSumo, but it will be in the community
A: Goooooooooood question!!! It responds to anything coming in right now. But we have filters/tags to filter out bad things. We just need to implement the tags for the things you listed. As this is GREAT improvement. We only learned about this this week! So I’m glad you’re mentioning it. Bc you’re right! They don’t need responses. We should tag like “marketing” and not reply. Cooking!
A: Hey sumo! You can upload 50 docs to start I believe. This is kind of an open ai limit, that in mind, how you should train is essentially is upload everything into one google doc and then export as 1 pdf ;) that should cover what you’re talking about! Hope to see you in!!
Q: Signatures html
Cool tool. Can I add html signatures and if a customer is persistent is there a way to set an escalation to human function or rule?

Q: wasting Airfive AI credits?
Will Airfive respond ONLY to real customer or business inquiries so we don’t waste AI credits?
For example, we’d want it to ignore emails like:
- Spam
- Newsletters
- Invoices
- Order confirmations
- Password resets
- Payment receipts
- Calendar invites
- No-reply emails
Obviously, messages like these don’t need auto-replies!
Is there a way to configure or train Airfive to automatically ignore certain types of emails?

Q: Is there a size limit to the training data?
Hi,
I had some basic questions.
Are we sending openAi all the training data on each call?
Does that mean the the cost to a AI call will depend on the size of training data?
Any examples or suggestions on how to format our training data for best results cost wise and output quality wise?
Thanks

Just to clarify, so the openAI api call cost will increase as the size of training data increases, due to more input tokens each time?
Yes but not materially enough in our training. Good question!
