Q: Automation Limit Question: WooCommerce Orders to Multiple Google Sheets
I’m considering purchasing the Lifetime deal for Albato on AppSumo, and I need some clarification regarding the automation limits. My main use case involves integrating WooCommerce with Google Sheets. Specifically, I want to set up an automation that sends order details to different Google Sheets based on the purchased product. For example: • If “Product A” is purchased, the details should be sent to “Google Sheet A.” • If “Product B” is purchased, the details should be sent to “Google Sheet B.”
My question is: Can this setup be handled with a single automation, using conditions or branching logic to determine which product goes to which sheet? Or would I need to create a separate automation for each product?
A: Hey there! In this case, you can implement a single automation with the "WooCommerce -New order" trigger and use our Router tool to define the conditions for sending data to different spreadsheets, which must be configured in the action steps of your scenario. :)
A: Hey there! A queue handler is a technical term that describes the implementation of a special block of code in our code base. Its function is to help to manage a huge amount of data. In some cases, Albato can receive 1 mln webhooks when some migration or changes in the CRM system happen. It can affect the speed of all account operations. To address that, we use dedicated queue handlers to speed...
A: Hey there! We don't have this integration yet, but it is already under review! Feel free to upvote this idea and share your use case in the task comments on our roadmap: https://roadmap.albato.com/idea/36861 If you prefer, you can also add the app yourself using our no-code App Integrator. We provide more details about this feature here: https://content.albato.com/app-integrator ;)
Q: I could upgrade but my main app is missing so far .
I am already on Tier-2, and considering upgrading to Tier-3 but the main app around which my business revolves is ezycourse. This has been on your roadmap for over a year and only recently moved to 'in progress' status. That's the only reason I am considering an upgrade. But at the same time, 'in progress' does not mean already integrated and am wary what if it is not integrated for any reason eventually. Could you confirm its status to me if there are no roadblocks in this integration and any ETA on this ? I could then go ahead and upgrade to Tier-2.
A: Hey there! Currently the app is effectively in progress and, so far, there have been no roadblocks. I am unable to provide an effective ETA at this time, but I will request more accurate feedback from our product team.
Ok, thanks for that info. It's good enough for me to proceed with the upgrade then it seems. But please understand that my needs from albato are already fulfilled under my current Tier-2 plan. The only reason I am upgrading is because Ezycourse is being integrated. In case this is not integrated in next 2 months, I won't have any option but to downgrade my plan back to Tier-2.

Q: What are Dedicated queue handlers exactly about?
Hi!
I try to figure out what are the Dedicated queue handlers. Couldn't find any explanation in the questions.
Thanks!
