Dear team, are embeds only limited to the listed options or a generic embed (say from another AppSumo product) is also possible? It's not quite clear. Thank you.
A: You get access to integrations like CRM, Slack etc. and AI stuff. You can basically look at the premium plan on the pricing and think of that as the Tier 1 (just that Tier1 has a limit to space creation)
Apologies, but this seems a bit confusing. The premium plan on the website includes features like Along AI and 15 GB of storage. However, in the AppSumo Tier 1 pricing, Along AI is not included, and the storage is limited to 1 GB. Am I misunderstanding something here?
Hey sorry for the misunderstanding and my confusing answer.
We actually do not offer AI in the Tier 1 due to the dynamic pricing. It is a costly thing for us to offer that. In a lifetime plan, you can use Along forever and AI usage is something we decided to remove from Tier 1, because of the rising costs over time.
I hope for your understanding!
Best, Freddy
Q: Hubspot integrsation
(1) We use hubspot - not salesforce - and noticed on the website there is an integration you have built.
"CRM - Hubspot - Quickly integrate Hubspot with Along and never enter data manually again." https://www.alongspace.com/integrations
Does this also come included in AppSumo? (I see Salesforce only)
(2) Also, I second the API question. Let us build and push/pull direct without Zapier intervention?
(3) Workspaces - we have some "sub-brands" we'd like to use in one account. Different access, settings, brand. Think agency, but this is because we have 3 brands we sell for. Not wanting 3 licenses. Any way to accomplish?
Hi , Why the fields : " What is the company domain/website? What is the company name?" are mandatory? There are many situation when i try to create a "buying team" but company does not exist in your database - so it can not be added or created. Why do you keep it as mandatory ?
Hi, Yes. We need to send standard offers to b2C also. When we mention our client name it should work the same. Many times we prefer to use CEO/CFO name in the offer not company name. We are a law office. Also the website name should not be mandatory. We have to send offers to people who are not big companies but SME's freelancers that do not have brand names or websites.
We primarily target a b2b relationship but we have some law firms using Along as well. I will make sure that we will remove the "domain" field for the creation of buyer accounts!
I will update you here and lert me know if you have any more questions. Freddy
Q: Can you export to PDF?
Can you export to PDF?
Frederik_Along
Dec 20, 2024A: Export what to PDF? The whole Alongspace?
No - it is not a document to work in an Alongspace.
You can think of it more as a Google Doc with an Asana Task List and DocSend tracking.
You can upload PDFs and download them from the Alongspace.

Dec 18, 2024A: Hey there, Embeds are limited to the options we offer integrations for.
We are definitely planing on adding a more "general" iframe option, so that any type of link can be embedded. Sth to look for in Q1 25.
Let me know if that answer helps!

Q: Difference between Tier 1 and your free plan?
How is your free plan on the website different from Tier 1? (except the 25 spaces).
Is there any other difference?

Every tier in AppSumo allows you to connect the CRMs (Pipedrive and HubSpot) and only Tier 3 allows you to connect Salesforce.
For more information on Hubspot - read and watch this info: https://intercom.help/along-docs/en/articles/8827898-1-hubspot

we have a rest API that you can connect to...

Dec 17, 2024A: Hi there, Great feedback!
I will remove that the "domain" field is mandatory when you create a new buying team.
If I understand correctly, this is what you mean, correct?
I will let you know once we updated this in the product!
Let me know if you have more questions here.
