Q: Your deal terms are obscure and misleading
You said this "we indeed support Claude model for AppSumo customers, but you have to use your own Claude API" 1. This is not explicit on the deal terms, on the contrary. 2. Reviews of your app say that Claude is not included even for those using BOYK.
Honestly, I don't understand why appsumo keeps accepting obscure deals that soon or later will trigger major discontentment. Because of this many people are leaving appsumo, the risk became unacceptable.
It's my honest opinion not based on perceptions but facts.
A: Can you please re-look the review? That's made by one customer and now he just reverted the review (Because we indeed support Claude and just let him know) And yeah its right, not explicit on deal terms because the page is not updated for months...
I tried uploading an excel i couldn't find the option. Is it possible? To upload one excel or more excel documents upload and link between them if there is a logical link?
I've watched the demo on Visual Dashboards and have a few questions:
1)Can we use the data from more than one table on a dashboard?
2)Is it mandatory to have a tabular display first before other charts can be produced?
3)On Tier 3 onwards can we add our own logo to a dashboard?
4)Can we add free text (headings, paragraphs) to the dashboard?
5)Are these sharing options available for the same dashboard with add/edit buttons: (i)Read only web link (add/edit buttons disabled) (ii)Registered users link (add/edit buttons active)
A: 1) Of course 2) No 3) For dashboard there is no Logo, logo only applies to Chatbot! 4) Of course, just describe it in natural lang and AI knows it 5) Not ready yet but on our road map 6) Not by default but if you tell AI to do responsive I guess it will do it!
