Q: Able to Easily Swith Between Websites Yet?

1) I saw a similar questions to this about four months ago. So wondering is this has been integrated yet. We have about 80 websites connected to your Analytics account. Is there an easy way to switch between sites, without having to mess around in the settings? Like a simple dropdown that allows us to pick the site we are inquiring about and then ask questions.

2) Also, does your AI just "report" or can we ask it strategy questions and get ideas from the AI.

Q: Library of requests (prompts) бібліотека промтів

Do you have a set of prompts (templates) for creating queries with effective responses for your AI, for example, to build reports? Perhaps, if not in the form of a library within the service, at least as an informational publication that you could share (or, over time, integrate such prompts into the chat).

Q: Alternative registration method

Is there a plan to register not only through Google account, but also via email (not just Google) with the subsequent addition of GA and CSC accounts?

A: Hi, thanks for asking! Currently, registration is only available via Google accounts, as it allows for smooth and instant access to Google Analytics 4 and GSC. However, we do plan to introduce email based registration in the future, as we expand to include more non Google data sources.

Q: Will you support multiple websites at the same time?

I can only add one website and talk about it. Will you consider the option to add several websites and then within the chat select the website we want to consult about?

A: Hi, thanks for the question! The feature for quick configuration switching is already on our roadmap here: https://blog.backona.com/backona-ais-roadmap-2025/. It probably won’t work by asking directly in the chat, but you will be able to switch websites easily while chatting, inside the chat module. At the moment you can analyze data from multiple websites, but you need to switch between them...

Q: Can the AI do....

1. Can the AI generate a custom report within a GA4 account based on a question?
2. Is the AI able to navigate to the requested section, for example, show me where ad conversions are tracked?
3. Can the AI either create or guide us through tasks in Analytics, such as setting up custom key events?
4. Is the AI capable of offering suggestions, like how to optimize traffic for a specific keyword or location?

A: Hello there, thanks for the questions!

1. Yes - just ask Backona AI to build a custom report (for example, “Create a report showing weekly bounce rate by landing page”). It will pull the data and format it into a clear report you can easily read and work with. If you’d like a chart, just follow up with something like “Now turn this into a chart.” It’s a two-step process for now, but we’re...
