I was using others with not very good results and decide to buy this one even reading some bad reviews.
My experience has been very good not a single problem with it worked perfect in my website and in Blaze position has already a score of 97 what is lots better of what i had with my past ones.
Nothing more to add not going to try the agressive one as i don't need it.
You can setup some stuff but for the ones that don't have much clue about how cache works this one is your plugin will get more codes for sure for other websites.

I have implemented in on 3 WordPress websites so far. There were some issues, but I solved them partially and I hope to get help from support to improve the loading speed even more.

Regarding the bad reviews, I assume they were not patient enough to get their issues resolved. I opened a support ticket and I got a reply in a few minutes.

I am going to keep testing on more websites. If things workout, I plan to buy the maximum number of licenses.

To put things in perspective, I've been using WP Rocket, CloudFlare Enterprise and other caching and speed optimization solutions. The more layers you use, the more complex the setup gets and the more prone to creating issues.

I can see BerkWP replacing most of these caching layers and solutions. There is a big IF, which is how involved the support is going to get in solving the occasional issue.

If you buy one or more licenses, make sure that you read the instructions, put the website in sandbox mode and reach out to support if you have issues. You can also try switching between various JS optimization modes or totally disable the JS optimization if you have issues, until support gets a chance to take a look at it. Also, keep in mind the Time Zone difference, it might be night when you are tinkering with your website and they will not be available until morning.

Despite of many negative reviews... I can say that this plugin is working for us. I'm looking forward to buy another code again. Next month...

I’ll keep this brief: BerqWP boosted my website performance from the 60s/70s to over 90 on mobile and 99 on desktop (as per PageSpeed Insights) instantly. I’ve been using it with zero issues, and for the lifetime price, it’s been worth every penny!

I tested BerqWP on a very basic website, and the experience was nothing short of disastrous. The site completely crashed, with numerous errors appearing on both the frontend and backend. I found myself unable to restore the site using my usual backup solution, as BerqWP compromised that too. The only way I managed to bring my website back online was by deleting all files via FTP and wiping the MySQL database entirely before re-uploading my local backup.

Unfortunately, the support from BerqWP has been the worst I’ve ever encountered with a WordPress plugin developer. Despite requesting access to assist further, I received no response from them after eight days, despite multiple follow-ups on my part.

Why is there no reply to support case #7365? You specifically asked AppSumo users not to voice complaints publicly, even labeling them as "not genuine customers" here: https://appsumo.com/products/berqwp/questions/so-many-problems-by-other-users-1189926/.

I have fulfilled all your requests, reached out to support, followed up multiple times, and patiently waited for eight days. So, I must ask again: why is support case #7365 being neglected?
