Q: Incoming webhook -> Create User -> Add Suremembers access group to user?
I want to be able to receive a webhook/http request from an external system, add a user, assign a user group and a Suremembers Access group to that user. Is this automation possible?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign a user group or a SureMembers Access group using the **Incoming Webhook** trigger.
SureMembers works based on logged-in users. For instance, if a user logs into the site and performs an action (like submitting a form), SureMembers can assign them to an access group based on triggers tied to their **user ID/customer ID**.
However, with the Incoming Web
Q: Sites Vs domains
Is the single site licence for one website or one domain? Ex. Is it just mydomain.com or all subdomains of the main domain Thanks
The license is for one website, not one domain. Each subdomain is considered a separate website and will require its own license. For example, both `mydomain.com` and `subdomain.mydomain.com` will count as separate licenses.

Q: Wordpress - Moodle Integration
Hello, I am looking to connect WordPress with my e-learning platform on Moodle to automate course enrollments after purchases. Is this possible with Bit Integrations? If not, I suggest adding Moodle as a connector, with actions like:
Creating a Moodle user after a WordPress order. Enrolling the user in a Moodle course. Synchronizing user data between platforms.
These features would be very valuable for e-learning platforms managing sales, user access, and course enrollment. I’d love to hear if this integration is possible or planned for the future.
Thank you for reaching out! Currently, Bit Integrations does not support a direct integration with Moodle.
If we get enough user requests we will check the possibilities and feasibility.
You can request here for more integrations and mention your use case in the comment. Link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/bitapps/posts/5009954375683343/ Note: All the triggers in Bit Integrations are WordPress
Q: Could I send data from a Post (CPT) to a custom API when it is created and/or saved?
Hello
I have a Wordpress Real Estate website with a Custom Post Type called "property," which includes standard WordPress data (title, content, etc.) and some custom fields (I use Advanced Custom Fields—simple text and number fields).
I would like to know if Bit Integrations allows sending data to an external custom API endpoint in the following cases:
-When a new property is published -When an existing property is updated
The data I need to send includes: -Title -Custom fields (Advanced Custom Fields) -URL
Currently, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) support is not available in the post trigger feature. However, our development team is actively working on this, and we hope to provide this functionality in our Bit Integrations plugin as soon as possible.
And does Bit Integrations currently support any other types of custom fields? Jet Engine, Metabox or something similar Or natively with standard WordPress custom fields.
Thank you for your question. I hope you're doing well.Currently, Bit Integrations supports Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and MetaBox, but only in relation to our WooCommerce trigger and action, as well as post creation actions. We are working on expanding the integration to include ACF and MetaBox as triggers for post creation soon.
As for an ETA or roadmap for upcoming features, we do not have a specific timeline at this moment, but we appreciate your interest and will keep you updated on our progress. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.
