I need to know if you don't support CPanel DNS records, or is there a misunderstanding?
I have been trying to verify my sending domain since yesterday morning with no success. After going back and forth with support all day today, I was just told, "We don't usually support cPanel set up". I don't see why a DNS record would be different when set at the registrar or my host. It makes a huge difference in the operation of my domain email.
matukka42 - I just set up DNS using cPanel. Verification took quite a few hours though. I haven't tried sending yet.
Justin - will my sends fail if I have the DNS set up through cPanel? My only other option is setting up the DNS through Cloudflare. Will that work better?
Q: Compatible with Brevo
Hi there, I'm using Brevo as SMTP on my wordpress website. So to activate and use Brevo I need to add some DNS values (DMARC, SPF etc), so is there any issue with the using Brevo if I add your values? If so, how can I work out to send email via Blastable? Thanks
A: Hey, to answer your question, you can use two email senders on the same domain, you'd need to do some things like merge the SPF records etc. which our team would be more than happy to help with.
A: From Tier 3 up, you can have up to 5 unique sender profiles, but they would all be under the same account and share information. From Tier 7 up, you get unique sub accounts with their own login and separate dashboards, so it'd be like 10 - 100 unique accounts depending on the plan you choose.
Yes, thats the automations. Every email marketing software calls them something different. Sequences, automations, workflows, esc are generally all the same thing.
In Kit they have automations and sequences. Sequences are just emails back to back set on a schedule and automations are triggers and actions they position as separate.
Sequences: A linear series of emails sent one after the other with delays in between. Automations: More complex workflows that can include sequences, but also other actions like adding subscribers to sequences, updating contact i
Yeah thats all the same thing in most email marketing software, think of it like ActivePieces, you set it up to do what you need, it can be as long or as short as you like. It can do all the tagging as well. If you want to sync them together you just have one automation trigger another that might already be set up. It wont be EXACTLY the same but its not a crazy amount different.
Q: Is there a public roadmap / feature board?
Do you use a website like canny.io to allow users to suggest features?
It would be great to vote on items and have the community help suggest features that could make the tool more marketable or usable.
For example, I'd like to suggest: 1. Add landing pages - reuse the builder that you have for emails and forms. 2. Drag & drop builder - improve the images so that when I import it automatically scales the image to fit the image size like MailerLite and others do. 3. Email A/B testing. 4. Landing page A/B testing.
A: Hey mate, our roadmap is at: https://blastable.com/roadmap.html and you can make suggestions there for features you'd like to see.
We've got no plans to add in landing pages - there's way too many landing page builders and funnel builders out there already and I've got no desier to compete with them on something that's not our core strength.
We will be improving our drag and drop builder in...

Jun 18, 2025A: DNS records need to be added at your domain registrar and not within cpanel as it has lesser authority and doesn't work for mailing/verification.

Thanks for the quick reply. I use several services and have never run into this. That's to bad, guess I will refund.

Q: Multiple email accounts
From which tier is it possible to use multiple accounts by example for clients.

Q: Do you have sequences like Kit? If you have sequences, forms, widgets and automations I’m interested :)

Edited Jun 15, 2025A: Hey mate, not familiar with Kit and what their sequences are, but we have autoreponders and automations and opt-in forms etc.

Sequences in Kit allow you to send pre-made emails in an order when they get added.

Thanks for the prompt response and sharing the roadmap.
Is there a reason for not offering the email A/B split testing on your higher end (Tier 7-10) plans?
My thought is that if you're paying $1,000-$5,000 for the software one would expect to not have to do a monthly $10 charge in addition to that.
Agree. Seems like its nickel and diming the top users just as bad as the lower tier ones.

It's the same for all our customers including our regular monthly paying subscribers.
