Hello, I am having an issue connecting my domains.i even had Namecheap tech come in to help. We have added everything as instructed and I still get " Unable to find proper TXT records for your domain name, if you just added the records please wait for them to propagate." I have tries 3 domains for to no avail.
The problem is that the support tab redirects me to the records verification page. It seems that I cannot go to the support page without passing the records verification
I wanted to report the issue with the Contact Us form but the Submit button doesn’t seem to work when clicked. As an alternative, I’ve sent my message through the chat feature on the bottom left corner of the site.
I’d appreciate any assistance with this matter and look forward to your reply.

Is it possible to redirect a subscriber after they've signed up to go to an external page?
Q: If I use 5 different domains, I'd need more than one sending address for each domain + a Catchall address for each
If I am conducting business emailing in a domain am I limited to only sending emails from Blastable's dashboard or can I use another email system like a paid email account in Google Workspace to conduct business email conversations?
Regarding Catch-All arrangements, even if my one address with Blastable is something like contact@product.com I want to still be able to receive an email addressed to any version of product.com, i.e. info@product.com, support@product.com. Do you setup catchalls to receive those or is there a workaround to have those emails go somewhere else.
I contacted your support through your website over 24 hours ago and they did not respond. I'd like some feedback before purchasing. Thank you
On Tier 3 and above you can have up to 5 sender profiles, so it can be 5 different emails or 5 different domains or any combination of those up to 5 unique profiles.
If you want to set up catch all emails, that would be something you do through your registrar or hosting provider or Google account.

A: We do have a backend process we use to check lists, but we don't clean them for you and would recommend you only upload contacts that have engaged in the last few months, so a list cleaning service should not be necessary.
Email templates are on our roadmap for the near future.
